Covid - Temporary Office

Social distancing in offices. Is it a challenge for companies?

Covid is putting a strain on all those companies that must guarantee social distancing to their collaborators to make them work safely; it is unfortunately not always possible two meters distance between desks or to install separation panels.

In order to support companies during this phase of workplace reorganization, the World Trade Center Lugano has introduced the “Covid - Temporary Officeservice: single furnished offices that you pay for the time you use them.

It is also possible to rent a meeting room to meet customers or suppliers. Our clients are able to take advantage of various secretarial services including printing/copying facilities.

Work safely

  • a single office is made available to each customer;
  • corridors are organized in such a way as to avoid crossings within the structure;
  • each office has large windows to ensure ventilation;
  • spaces are sanitized after each use;
  • hand sanitizer and masks are available at the reception;
  • free parking.
